Last May I traveled to British Columbia, Canada and had an amazing time staying in downtown Vancouver and Victoria. Read about my adventure here. All the links lead to even more reviews and photos by wheelchairtraveling.com.

Good article. I'm a Canadian who's been living in the states since I was a kid so I now have two passports. And I still don't have a stamp on either proving I go between the countries regularly ha ha. I'm from Ontario, but when I'm in Vancouver, especially North Van, I stay with family. I've heard the city is so accessible in part because of the Winter Olympics bringing along the Paralympics. Whatever works I say! Good to know about Amtrak. The fiance and I were planning on taking the California Zephyr from Colorado to Nevada, but if I can't really enjoy the whole train experience...
