I noticed the label on the back of the iPad bracket gives the name of the manufacturer.
So, if this configuration isn't suitable for you, you could purchase the bracket, and make a custom bracket up to attach the holder to your wheelchair.

though they are not specific for wheel chairs it would be a simple fix!!
