hi y'all just asking another question,if you could be another person for a day, living or dead who would you be and why? as some of you boarders willknow i have an all consuming passion for piano music and would have loved to have been a concert pianist.
I have been watching google video and all the piano clips,i would like to be Fabio bidini playing liszt's no1 piano concerto it is such an enjoyable concerto to watch and to be able to play such a work is to me truly marvellous
If i had to choose someone who is dead it would be the master himself-Franz liszt

I would love to be Jane Goodall...the woman who spent the lion's share of her life in the forest studying chimpanzees. Even as a very young child, I had always imagined doing this, and when I first learned of Jane's work....I was instantly in awe....and quite jealous at the same time, to tell the truth.

Ever since I could say the word 'chimp', I asked for one from Santa every single Christmas, without fail. I still have issues with Santa about that. "Curious George" was my favorite children's book...I read every one I could get my hands on. Yep, I was 'chimpy girl'.

Growing up, I eventually had two monkeys as pets...a spider and squirrel monkey....my parent's feeble attempts to placate me...but I wasn't falling for it. lol. I did adore my pet monkeys, but my facination with chimps always remained.

It was through her work we now know that chimpanzees use tools, engage in war, etc. Incredible life...facinating subject.

As I racked my brain for a minute asking.... "Who could I possibly want to be??" I realized I agree with Sandyrun and have to borrow their answer. I have never been a "star stuck" type of person so celebrities don't ever cross my mind, nor do models, etc. I actually love the person I am (imagine that!) and if I had not had to endure my physical limitations I would be 10x more of who I am because I could reach more people. (Sometimes literally so! LOL)

Great topic!! It really gets you thinking about your life and the type of person you are huh??! :0

I KNOW!!!

I'd be Jennifer Grey to Patrick Swayze in Dirty Dancing!
I'd be Olivia Newton-John to John Travolta in Grease!
I'd be Kevin Bacon's date to the prom in Footloose!

I'd just DANCE to wonderful music for 24 hours!

No Doubt that sandyrun (hello!) is right about just being who you are, and I’m quite happy for the most part, but that wasn’t the question. Even if I had my body and hipowered career back, I’d still like to be BP for a day.
