I was wondering if any ones else has sleeping issues. Prior to my accident i was in bed and sleeping by 9pm and up at 6am. After my accident i don't go to sleep till 1,2,3 in the morning. i know part of it is my bladder program but i miss getting the right amount of sleep. any idea's cuz i have to cath every 4 hours. i want to get straight sleep, and not worry that i am going to screw my programs up. Just wonder how people deal with sleeping cathing and staying on top of all that. thanks

Hey there, when I was first injured, I had the same problem. I cath every 4-6 hrs depending on how much I drink. I try to stop drinking around 7-8 at night and then cath right before I go to bed. And then won't cath. Again till I wake up(7am). And when I pee, it's always between 300-400ml. I've been doing that for about 8 months w/o a problem... Hope it helps, david

Exactly what he said

Just drink less and cath before bed. It works out fine for me, been doing it for 10 years now. Hope this works.
