Freaking Muscle Cramps!

lately i always seem to get these cramps in my weaker sholder. they hurt, not to mention doing an involentery "night at the rocksberry" head bob throughout the day. i take potassium supplements and will devour a banana like no ones business. but still i resemble will ferrel though out the day. any tricks to beat this stobborn muscle? :angry:

I don't really have advice but I can empathise. I've been getting them in my chest and shoulders recently and they really hurt! I hope they improve soon!
Paraplegic with Spina Bifida. Sensory and function level is T8. T11-L5 fusion 1993. Laminectomy and decompression T10 2006. Spinal fusion T8-T12 with instrumentation Feb 2007. Moderate kyphoscoliosis. Taking 75mg Lyrica 3xday for neuropathic pain.
