I second that! It just wasn't the same on Facebook or CC.
Simon, I've heard of some wild birthday parties but yours must have been over the top!!! I get excited having cake and ice cream but whatever you had must have been really good!! LOL Thanks for coming back to work!

I've know how much everyone here means to me since I joined....but going all this time without apparelyzed & all ya'll REALLY reaffirms what this site is all about; helping eachother (not JUST the newbs...us old farts need it from time to time too) & being there with a kind word, helpful advice, or just a shoulder to cry on....I don't think I've ever signed off of any other sites with that "fuzzy warm feeling".
I've know how much everyone here means to me since I joined....but going all this time without apparelyzed & all ya'll REALLY reaffirms what this site is all about; helping eachother (not JUST the newbs...us old farts need it from time to time too) & being there with a kind word, helpful advice, or just a shoulder to cry on....I don't think I've ever signed off of any other sites with that "fuzzy warm feeling".

What you say is so true. There is a saying that 'you never miss the water until the well runs dry.' I never knew I'd miss this little, diversely-populated community so much until I had to do without it during its recent hiatus. It really is addictive.
