Hi I'm 21 and t-10 ish complete I am very athletic and want to go down the route of sport seriously! I have no idea where to start or go to get involved in swimming or powerlifting type sports?? Could anybody shed some light on what I need to do or any contacts they may have? I'm from Shropshire area! Thanks charlie

Hey Charlie~

I just read your post and I think it's fantastic your going to stay athletic. Congratulations! I think that's terrific. I don't have any info for you on where to go but I'm sure you will have several posts soon to direct you. Take care!

I have a link in fact I have a telephone no. What a shame! There was an event near Birmingham last Saturday. I wanted to go but couldn't. I filled out a Disability Swimming UK form. I have a contact and will PM you her number. Make sure you get to the Spinal Unit Games next year :)
