Hey guys this is my first post, I am a complete c7-t1 quad. I did a 5k n my chair about 3 days later I developed alot of pressure in mid back, almost like someone has fist in my mid back I'm just a year out with this injury, no pain just pressure, last CT was normal everyone just keeps saying its part of sci. Its a very uncomfortable feeling that seems to get worse the more that I'm being still, just wondering if anybody has had this feeling or any input.

I get a sensation like someone is kneeing the back of my seat in a car or a bus ,or like a heavy child is sitting on my shoulders getting a piggy-back ride but pushing down on the ENTIRE spinal column....trouble is the only to get the brat off is to go lay down for a bit. :dunno:

Yeah, as long as your not losing any sensation/ function, don't fret about it.
