Anyway i had one the other day & notice that it made my legs feel like they where on fire & all tingly i dont get nerve pain that offen but was wondering what could cause this. Is it because i dont smoke much & when i do my body is like what the hell are you doing. Can anyone help.

Does the same to me for 30 years now. Only with the first Smoke of the day. Has to be circulation changes from the smoke and a Good way for the body to tell you it's Not good for your all around health.

I guess the body post SCI struggles to perform as before and is now more sensative to changes. It is a positive tool. Listen to what your body is telling you, stop doing what it is reacting against and you no longer have a problem. That was easy, wasn't it.
"It's the notion that there is no perfection ~ that this is a broken world and we live with broken hearts and broken lives but still that is no alibi for anything. On the contrary, you have to stand up and say hallelujah under those circumstances. " - Leonard Cohen
