Ok, in very early stages of planning a quickish trip to London/Paris/Rome for Easter next year.

I would need some care, but pretty minimal each morning.
How easy would it be for me to organize an agency or nurses for each of those cities ?
any help would be great.

Cheers

Hi Mr Bump Posted Image

There is an agency called Active Assistance based in Kent who provide care for SCIs among other conditions. They used to provide live in care only but in the last year or so they are moving into flexible day care by the hour.

As you will be in London I would email them with what you would require. They are not yet operating the day care countrywide but in parts of London it is up and running. I know this because one of my husband's PAs does some hours for them when she is off. We have live in care from Active.

Hope that's of some help.
