Basketball - Northern Nj Teams?

Hi:

I would like to begin and get back into basketball and wanted find people or teams that I may be able to join who play in and around Northern NJ - Bergen, rockland county NY, etc.

T-8 para - in chair for about 20 years - 51 and a little out of shape - but can take care of that in the near future hopefully.

Any info is appreciated - please email or respond.
