Vmax Trike for sale,

1986 based on a Canadian Import Vmax with Dynojet stage 4 tuned engine, uprated clutch spring and kevlar friction plates, 2 1/2 gallon backup petrol tank (shown in the later first photo..) and custom 4-2 under slung exhausts.The back end is based on a shortened MK2 escort axle mounted with TWO sets of classic rally spec U bolt kits on a
properly braced swingarm. The trike handles really well and pulls like a train.



I'm a T4 complete paraplegic so there are several modifications made to allow me to ride it (Dual lever brakes on right hand bar, Klicktronic pish button gear changer, foot boards with snow board bindings to keep feet in place and a stainless steel wheelchair rack) If the buyer needs these adaptions I will consider selling the trike with them (though this will be reflected in the price) otherwise they will be removed for my
next project.

I don't suppose you can fill the tank whilst sat on it? Does it have a reverse? How many miles?

The main tank under the seat is a pain, thats why I added the rear tank. I use it first (80ish mile range) then turn a tap to use the main tank with it's 'reserve' (actually a cut out switch that turns on a red warning light and resets the fuel pump). I've done 150 miles using both tanks before I've hit the reserve light.

There's no reverse on it but it's got a nice tight turning circle so it's usually possible to turn it around in most roads.
I don't have the exact mileage, but there was 3600 on the clock when I got her and there's about 5500 on now.

Wow!!!!!!!, I'd give just about anything for that. I don't have any money though so no chance of getting her. The last bike i had before my accident was a v-max just like that one. Awesome power, only had it for a few months before i became paralyzed, cried when i had to sell it. Rode bikes all my life and loved that one the most.

The trike now has a years MOT on it as of last saturday.
