Well, decided to go to my local Tesco's to try and buy some jeans. Choose some clothes and went to try them on. The disabled fitting room was locked so my partner found an assitant to ask for it unlocking. we were then told it was broken! the lock inside didn't work. I said well it looks like it is being used (there were hangers hung on the walls of the room). pointed out that didn't need to lock the door, my partner could hold door shut. so very reluctantly she let us in. Well we got in the room just but it was full of stock, memos stuck on the wall (from July!) a stereo, rotas the lot. mmmm, fitting room temporarliy out of order i don't think so.
We decided to see if the lock worked - and surprise surprise it did.
Don't know what anoyed me more - the fact that it was being used as a store room or the blatent lie the member of staff told me. There were 5 other changing rooms all which could have been used as a store, but they were for able bodied people!
One letter of complaint sent - we shall see.

Asda did that to me. It took them 45 mins to find a key to let me in. They then cleared things out so I could fit in. Then they thought it odd and told us me and my sister couldnt go in together. We were only trying on tops, what were we likely to get up to?

The other place was sportsdirect in Guildford last weekend, the disabled changing room was full of racks. I did get into the normal one sliding in, b/f took away chair so i could shut the door. When i had finished, all the clothes they didnt fit I hung on the disabled chainging door, as it seems like the place was designed to "dump stuff"

The other place i hate is Primark as i have to put on my all terrain wheels to get over the clothes mountains on the floor

There is only so much tolerance you can have! Were you able to mention the associates name that lied in your letter? I would hope they reprimand the associate and clean up the room. Let us know what response you get.
