I am really sorry to hear this. Accidents happen and we h ave to deal with it. Please check yourself into the hospital and get care. Not your fault. :hug:

SD, So sorry to hear you've slipped back a bit. What you need is a quick diagnosis and treatment.

Better do what the little old lady at the top of the page says. She's a terror when she's crossed (and learning karate! At her age. I ask you..........!). :)

Bathing is dangerous! Showering too. I got hurt in the shower too (damn ninjas!) But I'll get my vengence, one of these days. In the meantime, you see a doctor quick and take care of yourself. I learned the ahrd way not to wait in situations like this. Good luck, hope everything works out

my dad, who is a doctor got me a free mri. results are not bad but not good either. narrowing is soo tight at L4 that small movements are nicking my spine. i will need an operation soon to remove bone mass around my spine. currently i have taken off work and am resting it up. walking is not easy but my leg is coming back alive slowely. feels like reverse pins and needles
