I'm Leah and I'm the Niece of Kaylee and Hunter. With a heavy heart I'm here to inform everyone of the terribly sad news that Kaylee and Hunter's baby Trinity was born sleeping Sunday.

Saturday evening wile trying to find Trinity's heart beat like they did each night they were unable to locate it. We all went to the Hospital just to check, hoping it was a big mistake. As soon as we arrived they took Kaylee back to do a sonogram, soon after they confirmed that Trinity had earned her angel wings.

Kaylee was sent right up to labor and delivery where they started to induce her. Kaylee labored all night and most of Sunday without anything for pain, she said the labor pains were nothing compared to the emotional pain.

Trinity was born on Sunday November 6th at 4:45pm, she was 9 inches long and weighed 8 ounces. I've never seen something so tiny, she fit right in our hands. We all held her for hours, no one wanted to let her go.

As soon as we found out the news that Trinity was going to be born sleeping we called family, I've never seen so many people get somewhere so fast from all over the country.

We had Trinity's Service yesterday afternoon, it was beautiful, all done in pink and white. Kaylee and Hunter had it pre planned since they received the diagnosis.

Kaylee and Hunter are doing as well as can be expected. I knew what this forum means to them and wanted to let everyone know what is going on with them. I thought it might be nice for them to be able to see all the support from everyone when they feel up to coming back on.

Thank you, Leah

We went through the same pain in 1978, it doesn't go away but it does get a little better with time, I m sure everyone here is thinking of them.

Thank you so much everyone for their kind words and compassion. This is a incredibly hard time for us, but we have Faith that we will make it. We have a lot of family around us right now helping us with anything and everything they can, it will be harder in the next couple days when everyone starts going home. Hunter's job has been incredible and said to take as much time as he needs, our plan is for him to go back in 2 more weeks. We're trying to keep our heads up and moving forward for us and most importantly our Eden Marie, she deserves to keep having the Mommy and Daddy she's always known. We miss our Trinity Breanne so much, she was in our arms for such a short time but forever in our hearts. I try to always be as upbeat and positive as I can be, this is a difficult time to do so but I am trying, trying to remember that we have our very own little Angel watching out for our Eden Marie and any future babies we're blessed with in the future.

My heart just breaks for you, Kaylee! I really cannot imagine what you must be feeling. I'm really happy to hear, though, that you are getting love and support from people all around you.

I can't say it enough, thank you so much everyone for all the love. We are doing ok, we went to Church today, it's nice doing the "normal" things we love to do as a family. We are going to go to the cemetery later to visit out little Trinity Breanne. I've found a lot of help in listening to this song, it's as it was written for how I feel now.

I've thought of you all often and said a prayer for each of you. I am so deeply sorry for your loss and pain. I know your little angel will meet you in heaven.

My first year away at church camp many of us were scared. Our counselor told us to imagine an angel in each corner of the room with a sword for protection and our own personal angels watching at our heads and feet. Your angel also watches your heart. You will honor her daily with the love you give, the love you receive and she will show hers through unexpected kindness.

I will continue to pray for peace and live to enfold you all

i'm saddened by this news. i lost a baby as well and it still hurts. i'm didn't get to have a funeral and i'm sure that helped them to say goodbye.
hi fellow gimps! i'm a c 6/7 quad and have been injured since 1986. i was in a roll over hydroplane accident and it took hours for the paramedics to get me out of the car in the pouring rain. that definately wasn't my day. but alas life goes on!

So sad, it is the worst thing in the world to lose a child, I lost my son when he was eighteen and I will never stop missing him.
