Hello All,
Hope you are all enjoying great weather. Seeing that we may not make it to rehab and my husband has gained so much movement and strength. I think electrical stim machine would help tone him up a bit, help with pain and help that pesky heel sore to finally close. There are so many on the market and would like a recommendation to a Brand.....Please
Also we are in Berlin and tried a clinic but my Husband is 6'8" and they did not have a standing frame for his height and of course he was too tall for the gait trainer. He needs something extra now. Also.... is anyone still taking Juven or other additional protein supplements? They do not have Juven here......
Ah I do need some advice for advancement/maintainence.

Hello SOW,
I used one of the units when I was in PT after breaking my left leg when I fell and my therapist didn't want too much atrophy before I could go weight bearing. It kept my quad muscle on the left leg "healthy" until I could weight bear. Your PT should be able to recommend a unit for home-use or a brand name.
I am 6'3" and had all kinds of height problems. I cannot imagine tall he problems y'all have had at 6'8" but am sure they were not pleasant.
Good luck.
