So there was a thread started for what men wear underneath but what about you girls? I've always wondered if Im the only one that wears the choice of panties I choose. I actually got a sore in the hospital from regular bikini cut underwear!
Just a thread out of curiostiy (:

I think either bikini or going commando is the ticket!!

i have discovered recently that shape wear seamless thong is quite good as well as hot pant style (la senza but most undies departments have many of brands). I would say commando could potentially put you at risk of trauma; from seams which, in my opinion, are rougher than knickers (obv depending on what you wear).

Seamless, no VPL, M&S do a good range, as they are seamless they dont dig into any bits and bobs (whoever bob is !!) and no bulges if you get the support tummy ones,

I think Scribbler posted a photo of himself once in his formal suit. He had had the jacket shortened so it did not just wrinkle up in his lap. I am searching for a waist length coat, but no success yet. You are likely to need some alterations. A good used clothing consignment store can be a great place to start.

I tend to wear the bikini cut/style from Hanes Her Way 95% of the time.....then the other 5% is the "sexy, ooh la la, get ur fella reved up" style.....I think it even said that on the tags somewhere. :dancegirl:

First let me say I am new...first post. I have L4 injury from surgery gone bad and bleed out completely before being resuscitated with fluids (May 2011)...multiple complications and now have an ostomy with urostomy scheduled for March 15. I now have a nephrostomy tube in left kidney and diaper for leaks from every possible place below. I can't wait to go back to be dry and pull out the old hipsters.

Unfortunately I have incontinence that requires the use of Depends. It would be lovely to wear regular panties. And when I have to be in the hospital, I take my own, because the disposables they have are TERRIBLE!!!

I'd like to recommend using swimsuit bikini bottoms. Here's an example:
http://www.target.co...rs/-/A-13848833

Bikini bottoms are convenient because you can tie them on the sides, therefore making bathroom breaks outdoors quicker, and they are stretchy enough to pull on and off when needed. They're also easy to clean I've found and you can just use them again after letting them dry overnight.

However, these may not be for everyone since the tied up sides may cause irritation if you're not careful. I haven't had any problems but I try not to tie them too tight and I go to the bathroom every 3-4 hours. I also change into a regular hipster or bikini style underwear at home.

Hope this info may be helpful! :)
