Smileyblue has been stuck in bed with extreme nerve pain for the past few months and is still battling with bladder infections.

She has not posted lately because she says she doesn't want to rub off her misery on others, although she does occasionally look in. She sends all her love to you.

Renée, rest assured we haven't forgotten you and hope to see you back here having fun soon.

So sorry you are having trouble. I wouldn't mind reading your "whining". It's better than wondering how you are doing.

Ah smileyblue....how can I not smile when I see your name.

I sent you a message. I won't even bat an encouraging eyelash.... well maybe a few.

Sometimes it helps to retreat into the pain for a while. Close down and poke it. Then one day, pop on for a chat and a smile.

Pain is an odd bird and all of us process it very differently. Know, that we are here...we all adore pm's if you don't want it 'out there'

You are in all our hearts, and thoughts...prayers and good will sending too.

Hopefully you do realize we all mean it.

Thanks to ALL of you for your encouraging (and I know sincere) words.. Unfortunately I couldn't reply last night when I was reading this, as my eyes were so teary I could barely see the computer, nevermind the words.. Its overwhelming to know so many people care..

Anyway, I unfortunately discovered the beginnings of pressure sores on both hips today, so it seems my luck is still out.. :head_brick_wall-1: Trying to lie on my stomach as my back is a definite no-no!!! But its rather hard to type like this.. lol..

Love you all.. ;-)

Nice to have you back posting Smileyblue. Your luck is not out - you've luckily noticed the beginnings of pressure areas and taken evasive action. You'll come right faster. Keep posting. We like you here.

Hang in there and it's good to see that avatar around the place. Put one of those alternating overlays on your bed. The chambers inflate and deflate at set intervals. I hope that smile is still in place and by the way happy holidays.
