Aspire Care Questionnaire

Aspire has developed a survey on care packages for people with spinal cord injury and would like your help in answering their questions if you receive one. Your experiences will help us to find out what works well and what needs improving, and to raise awareness of the specific care issues that affect people with spinal cord injury.

Aspire offers practical support to the 40,000 people living with a spinal cord injury in the UK so that they can lead fulfilled and independent lives in their homes, with their families, in work places and in leisure time.
