Help Choosing Wheelchair Parts

I'm needing to buy some new tyres and pushrims for my wheelchair. I'm wanting a set of solid rubber wheelchair wheels to fit on my Spinergy 24" Wheels and some tacky rubber pushrims again to fit my 24" wheels.

Mission is the cheaper the better!
