Hello,
I have decided I am going to move out of the city limits and further into the country. So, I have to sell my house. I have a 1350 sqft house in Charlotte, NC that is handicapped accesible. Its close to all parts of Charlotte. I have installed two ramps, one in the garge and one at the front of the house. The garage is a two car and is oversized. The kitchen has had an electric range/oven with front controls installed. The master bathroom has a giant (38"x86") roll in shower with multiple body sprays. Im looking to get $120000. If you are interested I can send pictures or an MLS #.

Thanks

Oh my god I would love to buy your house and live there!!! Problem is Im on a fixed income and live in New York and have not so great credit. I actually wanted to move to south since last summer. Im sick of the snow and problems it creates for wheelchairs. I wish that I qualified for a VA loan but because of technicalities I dont, and I dont think I have good enough credit to get a loan :(

Nice House and property though!!
