Last night, however, I do believe I experienced some very mild spacticity in my "ring finger" toe (next to my pinkie toe) on my right foot. It was just in this one digit, but I cannot imagine it was anything but spacticity, given the nature of the phenomenon. My toe just began to "wiggle" and contract, as if I were moving just that one toe on my own. And I could feel it completely as well, so it was so eerie.
It began while I was in bed, before I went to sleep. And it created quite the distraction to me being able to fall asleep. Now if this had been happening during the day, I could easily have just ignored it; but it was while I was lying motionless trying to get to sleep. It proved to be enough to drive me crazy. I didn't end up getting to sleep til like 5am.
Since then I haven't felt any spasms in the toe (or anywhere else). But it had to be spacticity that I felt, right? It was SOOOO weird to feel a part of my body moving without me controlling that movement; even with a tiny part like a little toe.
