Hi all came across this app for Android,Iphone and BlackBerry.
Best of all it's FREE!!

Don't know if this has been mentioned on the forum so sorry for double post.

Step 1 You
Take photo to report cars parked illegally.
Step 2 Your city
Using your report, cities fine offenders and collecting fines
Step 3 Your Community
Your favorite charity gets a portion of the ticket revenue!
