Pain In Upper Back/shoulder

hmm ok it feels more like of a tearing pain, sometimes if I lie down in bed it goes up and down my whole back. Its worse between t4-t7 right where my syrinx and curve is at.

go to the doctor and have it checked out! thats what I would do!

I'm 100% with Q on this....MRI! It's the ONLY way to see if there is any soft tissue problems (maybe like 5% or less would be a BONE problem....like bone spurs or something).
