Yeah, you can spend the rest of your life trying to work out if those internal feelings are really coming from those parts of your body of whether your brain is just locating those feelings within itself. Keep exploring. I do. Fascinating.

I don't know what to say about your muscles in your stomach. But in my legs i felt like the nerves in my legs were switching but the doctor told me that it was just my brain remembering. But I thought it ment something so see if you can work them and keep trying to use them. better than just giveing up

Yeah you arent crazy. People often ask "Can you feel?" And I have to go into an explanation about internal vs external sensations. I can feel EVERYTHING going on in my torso.. from muscle movements to gas.

Im t7 complete and am the same way. I can feel a few things internally. Im not sure what it means but im always hoping it means something good. When I was in the hospital I used to feel tightness deep in my ankles that almost hurt and to this day if I try to throw a kick, I feel something deep in my leg that I dont feel when im not trying to throw a kick. Does that make sense? Well I hope it means good things if any

ye its a strange one alright i get it all the time, if i make the well known to myself movement of tensing my stomach it moves and pulls up from lower down just above the guys n stuff :P and i feel it all tightening up but if i touch my stomach i cant feel it :/ , i often like you say make the movement that your brain knows as you have done it lots of time before it feels strange but for me nothing happens just weird, i get zapping feelings in my toes almost all the time sometimes they can hurt, and every so often i get a feeling down my leg like someone has poured a stream of cold water down it, i guess everyone i gets different little feelings going on, keep positive :)

I think, from what I've gathered in my years around here, that most of us feel the "electricity" whether its a zap, shock, steady tingle.. Nerves are constantly trying to make some kind of sense.

As for what you described JustbeingMe, about the cold water/breeze.. I get that too.. Once I dropped a bottle of water down my lap/legs at the same time I had that sensation.. coincidence or not it really messed with my head.

Trynity7.. that trying to move the muscle thing,, I call "Firing blanks" its pretty tripy.. Keep trying though. My stomach used to be that way, now I can nearly control all the muscles.. my legs get the firing blanks feeling, and sometimes I can honestly feel like my muscles are "tired out" after trying to fire blanks for 20 minutes solid.. Regardless it cant be a bad thing, right?!

I call 'em "zingers". Feels like someone hooked me up to a wall outlet.

As for sensation under the skin, yeah I get that, too. It's like you have tape on your skin, but you can still feel under the skin.

Yep, I have the same thing. Sometimes it's the electrical "zap" that makes me jerk pretty wildly. Most of the time my legs and feet from the knees down feel like I have a tight wrap around them. If I bump them, they are hypersensitive, but other boo boos I often don't feel. When I ran my leg into a rototiller blade (it wasn't moving) I didn't know it until it it the bone. Perhaps someday they'll have this all figured out.
