Hey there,

We are looking to replace our family's secondary vehicle. Our primary vehicle is a minivan with ramp access, hand controls, etc. For the secondary vehicle, I am hoping to get a car that he can transfer into and, if necessary, drive, fold up his day chair into and still have a place to put his rugby chair. Husband is a c6-7 incomplete with good hand function in 1 hand.

Someone suggested a dodge magnum, and I am looking for one - any other vehicles out there that have worked for you?

As it's the secondary vehicle for him, (I will be a main driver) I'm hoping to spend under $8000.

Thanks for your help!
K

Is he able to transfer and load his own chair? It might be worth trying a few models out as sore are easier than others depending on the individual.

You could also consider a roofbox gizmo for his folding chair. They just need you to hook up the chair and they self stow.

Small estate really.

He can jump into and drive ANYTHING.

Chucking a rugby chair in the back needs space. Been there done it lots myself so I speak from experience!
Life is just to short not to have fun!
