Hi I am a C5/6 struggling with constipation I take senna every night along with Manevac at 6pm then 2 supps in the morning but am struggling to get them to move, I have tried most things from Peristeen, Manevac & movicol, they are just very sluggish & am really struggling to get anything to get them to move not had anything for 5 days. Anyone else had similar problems that could suggest any advice ? I know a colostomy is an option but never wanted to go down that line if possible.

How is your diet? What are you eating and how much water do you drink a day?
God will never give me anything that I cannot handle.....I just wish he didn't trust me so much!

I drink about 3 litres a day & eat some fruit along with dates, prunes but nothing seems to work, the bowel is very sluggish & have a lot of trouble trying to get it moving.
