Considering taking up this exercise machine will it affect my titanium implant in my spine

Hi caro. It would help immensely if you shared a link that showed what machine you are referring to. Or at least describe it somewhat. We can't give you any sort of feedback or advice with the scant info you've provided here.

It's best to ask such a question of either your doctor or perhaps a physical therapist, as they will know or can better evaluated your needs.! Are you thinking of using one of the machines demonstrated on the website below? My best to you! Jerry

Following the way women's mind's work...and the question about the spine implant...I am assuming it is the Ab circle pro thingy. I can only guess but all of us seem to be doing that at this point unless Caro is going to elucidate us
