It really depends but from what I understand, most likely not. I was lucky enough to have the money to purchase one out of pocket due to fundraising. My physical therapist wrote a letter of medical necessity, as the insurance company requested, and they keep coming back rejecting it completely are asking for small/petty corrections in the verbiage. My bike cost a little over $20,000 because I needed the arms and legs. At one time it sounded like maybe we would receive maybe $10,000 back, but we have not heard anything in a long time.
Pretty much a case in point, I would not depend or rely on your insurance company to purchase or reimburse you for this. Sorry for the bad news but I hope it helped. Maybe you will be more fortunate and have better luck!

If you don't try, you fail.

If you don't mind me asking what is a RT-300? Also who do you have as your insurance? From my experience health insurances are nothing but pain in the butts.
I think it's a type of FES-bike. I might be wrong though.
