Hello
On 23 November 2011 I changed my service provider to TalkTalk and I went live 15 December 2011 with up to 7mb/s,I have repeatedly asked them if they can increase my speed from download 0.06mb/s and my upload is 0.05mb/s to 6/7mg so far they have not so I am changing to another service provider,
does any body why they are so bad,
thank you in advance.

You sure you're not getting your numbers mixed up? (between bits and bytes), because your upload sounds about right for an ADSL connection if its in Bytes.

6 mb/s should give you around 750KB/s download speed.
