So I was in my chair, and I went to bend down and pick something up and heard a loud pop in my knee. I do have no sensation in my thigh, and parts of my knee cap. However I do have dull pain. thoughts?

It could be a couple of minor things, or One bad thing!

I'd keep a close eye on it and your vital signs (Blood pressure & pulse rate). as well as temperature!

A roommate way back in rehab days heard his hip make a popping sound while putting on his sock. He went about the day feeling fine. Started running a high Temperature at night, they started started him on antibiotic while waiting for a 24 hour urine culture to come back. It came back negative, and a thorough exam found out he chipped a tiny piece of bone off the top of his thigh where it meets the hip.

Air on the side of caution! While I pray it's nothing!

Ps. My knee pops loud once to twice a day from having lost all my bone Cartilage over the years! Do you have Arthritis ?

Good idea.

Your PT can give you better advice. Still if you start running a Temperature or feeling anything different in your vital signs, I wouldn't wait !!!
