hi fellow gimps! i'm a c 6/7 quad and have been injured since 1986. i was in a roll over hydroplane accident and it took hours for the paramedics to get me out of the car in the pouring rain. that definately wasn't my day. but alas life goes on!

Don't take offense, Scrappy,, we just aren't used to working that hard at reading. It's the problem most people, who only know one language, have. I'm curious about the term :goathead, also. I'm guessing it's some kind of nail,, but have no real idea.
The idea about the fix-a-flat is a good one. They also have something at the Wally world,, called "Slime". When I was using air filled tires I started using it after the 50th flat,, never had one after,,,, it seals them up from the inside,, and you never know you have one. I've been using solids for the last year or so. They work pretty well,, just a little less cushion.
At your age,, having fun is what you are supposed to do,,, but it seems you and your buds know that.

It's jus an obnoxious weed with stickers.. I live in Nevada and there are plenty hear.. Google it or Google images if I wana kno more about it.. n I'm pretty sure ur talkin bout walmart, and ya I kno what slime is that's pretty much what fix a flat is except it puts air in your tire as u fill it with goo..
I don't hav to many problems with flats and I've lived in Mexico.. and I'm pretty good at fixing a flat tire on my chair with simple bike patches

"Fix-a-Flat" seems like a great idea until you have to drive for 20 miles at 30mph :-)
I jus used it on my wheelchair tire.. I don't know anyone that can go for 20 miles at 30 mph in a manual wheelchair..
