Ive recently had a UTI and got meds for it then last night I got a bit of food poisoning and threw up a lot over night almost passing out being sick, this morning I stayed in bed but as I'm starting to feel better I noticed where the pillow behind my back down my leg on the right side is clammy yet the left is ok even if I turn over its the same :S any ideas?

When I was first injured I used to get really bad sweating below my injury level but just on one side. It was worst on the back of my right leg and could soak my trousers in minutes. Doc tried a few different medications and even small botox injections on the affected area of skin but with no success. I was eventually prescribed Oxybutynin (Lyrinel) for something totally unrelated (bladder over activity) and my sweating stopped immediately! I'd wait till you're clear of the food poisoning and UTI and, if the sweating's still an issue, ask your GP about it.

Hi lads, I know we are different levels but i had the sweating down one side too at the start it went on for couple of years. Through chatting to people on here it was suggested i try Vesitirim 10mg it stoped the sweating. hope this helps.

I always sweat on my right side, sometimes even when its warm. My neurosurgeon once told me that surgery can fix this, but dont know how serious it is.

Hi hannibal! If I had UTI it would cause sweating as well, overall i suppose its not too bad. Is it a constant thing for you or just on occassion?
