Last night, after I had my supper. I was, standing against gravity while my carer was opening my arms out. I have, been told by my physio to do this technique and it makes me feel brilliant learning to balance. I then, walked around my flat on elbow crutches very comfortably and that helped with my bowel movement this morning. When the weather warms up again and when my baclofen pump is all sorted I will definetly be getting back to my long walks which I really enjoy, plus my circuit training and dancing to MJ as part of my auto-hypnotic therapy which I class! Because, at this time when my pump is running low, if I do too much I tend to find my tone in my b and b's go up and down like a yo yo causing me discomfort in the evening.
