Hi guys,
I'd like to share a tip that I have found has helped me to maintain regularity. It may not work for others and I would for sure check labels and deffo avoid if you are allergic etc. BUT I have found something that I swear by and have been taking for about 2 months.
To set the scene: I needed to increase motility for the movements so to speak and had a few problems since sci 2010. I already take pro and pre antibiotics and was ordering a supply when I spotted some Blue Green Algae which is similar to Spirulina . I'm no stranger to juice detox and colonics etc for various reasons and know that these substances are revered amongst the heavy weight champs of super detoxifying wonder products.
Any way I take about half a teaspoon of it dissolved in an inch or so of water prior to breakfast.
here is a website that list possible health benefits of this product: http://www.raysaheli...greenalgae.html
looking at my bottle it states that there are; beta-corotene, vitamin b12 and "many other nutritional components"
Any way I just wanted to share my tip with you and I hope it helps.

We had several lakes shut a few years ago because of blue-green algae, now I doubt this is the same stuff but it would truly sort any lack of bowel motility out!

Is that prior to breakfast too Simon?
Impossible only describes a problem that needs viewed from a different perspective

DISCLAIMER - the blue green algae mentioned in my post is the freeze dried type harvested from a lake in the USA, NO WAY should anyone attempt to obtain or ingest the blue green algae found in the lakes by Trins house in LAAAAAAAAndon
