My guess is your shoes are too tight. I had red marks on my feet like those once and my doctor said it was caused by constriction. Good luck getting rid of them.
If I fall out of my wheelchair in the woods would anybody hear me?

If the marks keep appearing in the same place, then it's most probably due to pressure from shoes as Pikey stated above.

It could also be to friction if you're not wearing socks, or a localised skin condition.

It could be pressure as suggested above, but it also looks like it could be some kind of irritation? Do you wear the same shoes day in day out? Do you wear socks?

You say they keep re appearing, is there a theme to it?

I showed this post to my husband and he had two suggestions. First, try some Flor-Essence it is kind of pricey, but is incredible stuff and you need very little of it. We use it at the first sign of any mark and they are gone in days. He also said to drink lots of water - that is one of his secrets; he hasn't had a single mark turn into a sore in his entire 21 years in a chair.

my hunny gets them when he drinks too much soda, or eats hot sauce, too many pickles, anything with a lot of vinegar in it. When I see them I make sure he starts downing the water and I rub his feet to keep the circulation going good. They have always went away in about a week without anything else.

E45 cream is also good, seems to have magical recuperative (is that a word?) powers for all kinds of skin ailments.

I really don't think it looks like pressure from the pictures, more like an irritation or allergic reaction to something. Have you stopped using the hydrocortisone cream?

I noticed it's on the outside edge of both feet, so it looks like a contact issue.

Do your feet sit flat on your footplate, or do they tilt outwards?

I agree with Trinity. It doesn't look like pressure points but more like a reaction to something. Have you switched laundry detergent or soap products? Try wearing only white socks just in case it's the dye in the socks.

Do you have new sheets?

Has a swab been taken to test for infection etc. ?

Look at changes in environment as well, new wheelchair, new socks, new shoes, new bedding, different fabric conditioner etc.

It's a process of elimination.

When you turn do you prop your feet with a pillow? Has this pillow been washed or does it need washing? Can you prop your feet and avoid anything touching these spots?
