I'm a Recreational therapist at a spinal cord injury hospital. I'm trying to do some research on beach wheelchairs that would be most appropriate for someone with C4 functioning and using sip 'n puff mid wheel drive as her everyday wheelchair.
Throught the NSCIA I was introduced to the Mobili T Rover product. Company website is www.rehabideas.com It seems ideal because she would be able to stay in her current wheelchair which has all the support, etc that she requires.
I would like to know if anyone has used this device and what you found are the pros and cons.
Thank you!
Mobili T Rover?

True,,, unless one had a beach house,,, or lived within a block or two,, this wouldn't really be feasable. Resorts might be talked into buying one,, but even that is doubtful.
I do, however,, love the idea of turning a regular chair into an all terraine vehicle,, and back again. With the proper gearing,, there might be another market for this thing,,, hunters.
