Hey I have same issues!

I found something by accident that worked GREAT! Do you like apples? Eat a couple a day and see if that helps. I noticed it worked immediately.

Those pain meds give you constipation. STUPID PAIN MEDS! :head_brick_wall-1:

Meds can bung you up
Fiber, lots of water, fruit and veg, standing, routine can all contribute to movement.
I use Movicol to soften, Sennacot herbal pills to move things along (12 hrs before program) and Bisacodyl supps to kick it all off.
Good luck I know it's horrible to be bunged and not much fun trying to get things moving again either!

Antibiotics are a big issue for me when it comes to constipation (Cialis, too . . . go figure).

Try to figure out what it might be, if it's in fact Rx related, and look into other medications that might help you the same way without this nasty side effect.

I realize that isn't always possible, but it's nice to get everything going your way, be it pain, spasm, and bowel related, all working cohesively together.

Good luck.

This may be a long-shot, but two or three oatmeal raisin cookies a day. The packaged ones work better than homemade. Maybe it's just me, but the next day it's soft-serve all the way.

i saw a dietitian recently for a similar problem. Bulk foods are good too these are starchy foods such as pasta and potatoes to push everything through nicely.

The way I deal with my bowel management. I have 2-4g glycerin suppositries in the morning after I have taken 20mg of ciltalapram and 5mg oxybutunin. With my supper I take, 1 senokot followed with 10 mls lactolose but if I have a poor result in the morning I will take 2 senas and maybe drink some proon juice.
