Hello. My bladder seems to function less and less. I have a hard time emptying my bladder with stimulation.
My urologist told me that he can put a stent in the bladder sphinx to keep it open and use a comdom, anybody heard of this.
Thanks........

yes i have heard of this, it will require a condom and bag to be on at all times because u are constantly voiding. also there can be complications futhur down the track, i found this study (http://www.biomedcen.../1471-2490/2/12)that follows 10 people over 9 years with the stents.

i was looking at your profile and noticed you are an L10 injury, i dont know your situation but have you considered self cath?

hope this helps
Alcohol is both the problem and the solution to many of lifes problems
