Hey I am a 10 year t-6 complete paraplegic. The past few weeks I have been exploring other kinds of medication from the herbal Food stores. I have came across some very interesting vitamins. One I just found Is called Coenzyme q10. I here it is good or you to take, it can help create better blood circulation in your body. Just wondering i anyone else has any experience trying a vitamin like this before. I so tell me your thoughts on it
Thanks

I tried them for two months. If there were any changes they were too subtle for me to identify. I felt good during the period I took them but I was also feeling good before and after. I certainly didn't notice any ill-effects so I'd suggest you try them for a few months and make your own judgement.

Like all supplements or drugs, how good it is depends on whether or not you need it. Once I had been sick for 4 months and could not seem to get out of the rut. A friend sent 100 mg caps of COQ 10 and said take 2/day. This is expensive.
I was clearly getting better by day 2. When healthy i do not take it as it makes no difference then.
Dosage is key to a sick person and "recommended dosage" of this one is very low.
