I admit I wasn't too confident . The pre-match hype was all sooooo negative.

My heart sank when the handbags came out early on especially when the rookie captain was involved. But they calmed down and got to work.

No, I don't think we will win the tournament but we have something to work on with this team. Off to Italy next week and they won't be a push over but could be an interesting game to see how the new look England team bed in.

Now I just need Ireland to beat Wales for a great weekend Posted Image

Just read Colin's post, we must have crossed.

In case you missed it GB the result was Scotland 6 ENGLAND 13.

In that case I'm going for Wales because I think they should have won the World Cup. And if Trinny is going for Ireland.......well.......shame really as I used to live there and normally support them.
Catmint I'm dissapointed, GB said he was deaf not blind! That hurt!

Enjoy the game this afternoon one and all.

Well could Wales be on the way to achieving some kind of compensation for not winning the World Cup which they looked well in the way to doing.
Still it's only the first weekend!

Thanks to Pikey, I was family shopping, BBC site had technical problems, mobile was down to LOW Battery, and I was hurting physically. Not a good day. My comments were mostly blind as you can understand, got home and saw the highlights, crap game really.
Was all settled back in bed with my 8 year old boy ready for Ireland v France, and B#**##**s. Some Rugby day yesterday turned out to be.
Better hope for better today!
