There are over 30 recipes from some of the best chefs in the world and in a Dinner Party section I feature the achievements of 10 other tetraplegics.

I appreciate some tetras like me may not now be able to cook some of the recipes but you could always get your PA/Carers to do things for you! :chef:

I cook, by proxy mostly, which my wife loves!

Thanks for that Simon and I'm sure your wife will enjoy the cooking. :wink05:

I forgot to say £1 from every copy goes to two charities one being Regain - The Trust for Sports Tetraplegics.

Likewise, there is a feedback page for disabled people to give further suggestions for make eating in or out easier in the future.
