I have stayed in the Adeje area in a Hotel called Las Dalias its wasnt particularly set up for wheelchairs but i coped ok and guessing with 2 carers she will be fine. I have also stayed in Mailbu Park Apartments but that had loads of steps and woukld be a nightmare. There was a fnatastic restaurant called Verdes might not be there now cos it was about 9year ago!!
Adeje area is very nice but its very hilly. Personally i would recommend somewhere like Playa D Americas and look for a beach front hotel as this would reduce some of the access issues if you are close to the town. The airport is close to Los Chrtstianos / Playa as i recall, so taxi transfers are worth considering. .
When booking keep an eye on phrases like "not suitable for the less mobile". Its also worth looking to see if the pool and hotel restaurants are step free. Use Trip Advisor because i once ended up in an 18-30s hotel and it was horrible. If you look on google there will probably be specialist companies who wil hire any mobility equipment or aids you might need.
Can I come too????

Have a look at the following websites:
www.disabledholidaydirectory.co.uk
www.enableholidays.com
Both have accessible listings in Tenerife.
Hope this helps... (I would just like to make it clear that my company has no links with either of these organisations)
Have a great holiday!
