I am looking for an arm ergometer to start getting in shape (15 months into this quadriplegia adventure). I tried a table top unit at the physios and can work out if they wrap my hands into it. I saw the posting in 2010 which didn't help much. Anyone know of a decent brand?

SciFit is a great brand with awesome machines. It's the brand I use and the model I use is pretty sophisticated. I would recommend something from this company.
