Just wondering if anyone besides me has had this problem.
While I was in the shower I stood and was balancing on one leg leaning against the wall,
and was rinsing off and I look down and I am having a B/M.

Has this ever happened to anyone?
I am feeling a little diskucsted with the whole thing, and just want to hide in my house.
Am I losing all control?

HELP Please...

I've had a couple accidents in the shower, also had a few accidents while in my chair at work. I think that these things happen. You are most likely not losing all control. I'd only worry about it if you anus is flacid, if it still has tone then I would write it off as a non-regular poop.

I kinda put it this way: when you were AB did you ever get caught short? had to poop at the mall when it wasn't your regular time?

It sounds like you are turning into a flamingo................? ;)

In the sci game that has to be marked down as a result, no one saw it or smelt it and you didn't soil your favourite jeans. Clever use of the shower head to guide it and maybe a whack with the bog brush to break its back and the offending article is gone. Winning.

I use a shower chair over the toilet myself so that's what I want to happen, however I have had mishaps too.

I have to assume you have some control for you to think you are losing it. I don't think you are though, like Wiggy said it could have just been a mystery one, something you ate?
Don't hide away, get yourself cleaned up and get out there, nobody else knows about our little secret!

How does it feel to feel?

Oh this sounds so familiar it had me giggling to myself (though not too much or I am liable to poop my pants!). I remember being in the hospital in those stupid hospital gowns with no brief or underwear on and when I stood up to walk to the bathroom I pooped all over the floor from my bed to the bathroom! I was so mortified but I have come to accept it as part of my life. Not much you can do about it but laugh. So, no you are not losing control.

It seems as though you have an injury at the same level as I do and I do not have any control of my bladder and bowels. Here is hoping that you do and for that I most definitely salute you!
