Server sweats for no known reason among Quads is common. I started sweating severely, only on my right side of my body out of no where about 4 months post injury. None of their medications helped it all. I went everywhere with a towel to dry the sweat from my face and neck. This went on a good few months and stopped as quick as it started.
I'd make sure it's not something causing it by seeing a doctor for sure! UTI, kidney stone?
See a doctor to air on the side of caution.!!!

Thanks for the reply. I will call the Doc. I didn't think of kidney stones. She just got over a bladder infection a week ago. She was alright untill the AD kicked in. But I couldn't find the problem this time.

My first year this happened to me. I can remember going to get my hair cut and something about when they put the cape around me would turn on the SWEATS. I carried a towel every where I went. Sometimes, reclining or leaning way over to one side would make it stop. In the winter, I thought I would freeze to death. I found getting a Quartz Heater helped dry them up. When it starts do you wrap anything around her neck? I found that only makes it worse. The heater would keep me somewhat warm until they went away and dry my shirt. It happens now if I go too long before doing a weigh shift. Did they teach her to do weight shifts at least for 1 minute every hour? Now, I wiggle a lot in my chair...leaning side to side.
This too will fade away.
Have you checked for an ingrown toenail?
ARE you checking her blood pressure when this happens? If it's high , it is AD. If it's her new normal, try reclining.

Her Bp is always low. She has meds to raise her Bp. Does this mean she doesn't have dysreflexia cause her Bp is never high?

Not necessarily...someone will correct me if I'm wrong but I think that low BP can also be a sign of AD.

The 'quad-sweats' ugh...Oxybutynin (ditropan) primarily used for bladder spasm, is the pill I've taken for 28yrs for this unexplained phenomenon. I'm not suggesting you ever stop checking for sores, UTI's, ingrown toenails etc, though. For me, 9 times out of 10 I just sweat for sweat's sake.
