So i am recovering from surgery which was a success. But my insurance company wont pay for my rehab. They said i have to go home. I cant stand sit dress or bathe on my own. The docs are talking to the insurance company. They said I should not be going home. I am not sure what to do. Currently I just lie in bed and only do therapy about 40 min a day.

You should try to relax! Stress isn't good for the recovery! Let them figure out what's what. You may need to go to a local nursing facility for rehab before going home. Insurance should pay for it.

Ohmm Ohmm, No stressing! All will work out.

The insurance said they may not cover a nursing home. The problem is they believe im too young to be excepted in the nursing home in my areas.

Relax! If you need to stiff them with the Bill, so be it. Your recovery is more important. They can't put you on the curb. The hospital said you can't go home. Whether the Ins likes it or not your going somewhere, and I wouldn't worry about Bills! Screw em! :)

Hannibal, Zack is right, relax it'll all work out in your favor. Insurance Companies never want to pay for anything if they can get away with it. Don't sweat it on this one ... Save your energy!!

Try to relax & Recover! Insurance companies are often Quick to say No. AFTER your recovery has progressed enough then work on fighting them with the Bills in hand. Just dont fight them alone. There's people for that, and local news, media that Insurance Co's Hate seeing their name on. Often when their on TV news they like changing their decision to look like Heros so the don't get a bad Rep.

Either way your health is More important!!! Relax you Sexy Hannibal :D

Insurance companies are the highest paid companies in the world. They make money no matter what. There incentives for denying claims do your rehab and stick it to them. The one thing you need is the ability to be as independent as possible. Do what needs to get done. Deal with the aftermath at your speed.

Adding to what Zack said, you should also contact your state Insurance Commissoner.

Good luck.
