Sometimes I feel like my bladder is really full, I have a burning or warmth that makes me feel like I really need to go. Then when I cath, I get 200cc.

Sometimes I feel fine, and just got to cath because of the schedule - and I can get over 1000cc!

I am T3 incomplete with maybe 1% sensation in the bladder area.

Anyway, what's going on, should I be concerned?

I have the same thing happen often. I have bladder sensation at 350 ml and up. Sometimes I don't feel anything or slight sensation and get around 1200 ml output. Other times, I feel my bladder burning and feeling overfilled and cath out maybe 200 ml. Normally, when I first start feeling my bladder filling, I empty around 450-500. My urologist has no explanation for this occurrence.

I hope this helps.

I, too, get contradictory signals.

I'm actually more likely to feel my bladder is full when it has less in it, and less likely to notice it once it gets over 500 ml or so. I will also sometimes feel it full when I first stand up, but not as long as I stay sitting. My kidneys also seem to work the wrong way round - most people they slow down overnight, but I seem to produce far more urine the moment I lay down, whether its for an afternoon nap or at night. Can often get up to 1.5 litres in total with middle of the night and early morning, but then virtually nothing from 8.00 am to about 4 pm.
