It is five years since I became a para incomplete. I have so many physical accomplishments since I came home from rehabilitation. The next five years will be dedicated on my mental health.

I hope all the achievements you've made over this time frame stand you in good stead for the coming 5 and all the best with nurturing your mental health over the next half decade too.

Congrats on the physical accomplishments you have made in your five years of sci life. You're eight months ahead of me and I could use some mental health improvements, at least that's what my wife tells me.

I just posted "Officially 20 days of independence!" and then now seeing your post 5 Years, reassures me things will get keep getting better. I am actually 1 year and 8 months post injury but my injury date is insignificant to me now, I am counting forward from the day I was completely moved in, boxes everywhere, and only my bed was in order. I kinda just rolled into my bed completely exhausted and not a clue what to expect when the morning would come. The rebirth of my life....

I knew you were looking younger to Me. I thought it was a new hair doo. I'm Glad I got to watch you transfer into your rebirth. It will reassure you of how Strong a person you are!
