There is probably already a post that's something like this but i was just curious what kind of gloves you use when your outdoors in your chair or working out? I personal prefer to wear MECHANIX gloves the original and vent there comfortable and I like where the velcro is and there pretty cool.. I think there like #1 nascar gloves or sumthn like that.. and when I work out I use regular fingerless weight lifting gloves with a leather padded palm and mesh back

leather driving gloves; I prefer them to bike riding and weightlifting gloves because my hands get cold on the push rims as I get raynauds

I use a lot of gloves... I've even gone on Etsy and found someone who made me pink studded biker gloves! lol For everyday I've just been using the Hatch gloves with padded leather palm and mesh back for most occasions. I've found yoga gloves are great for me when I want something lighter and less bulky, but they don't stand up to a lot of abuse. The Mechanix gloves sound interesting.

they even do women colours?!

Okay that did make me laugh too but even more because my first question was "do they come in colors for women?" :)

i have tried weight lifting gloves , driving gloves mechanix gloves stanley gloves, they were all either too grippy for wheeling or too bulky and it was hard to use them with everyday life cause full fingered gloves i was not able to have the dexterity needed for gripping things and picking up things. and the fingerless weight lifting gloves with the leather palms ... going down ramps is almost impossible at a decent rate of speed cause the grip ton the push rims too well. ( i hate going slow) . i have just this past week bought a pair of cycleing gloves with a cloth padded palm almost ifentical to the mechanix gloves( which i use to work on cars with). and there fingertipless!! i love them soooo much. has the perfect amount od non grippyness on my had rims at medium and higher speeds =) lol. i know that sounds wierd but ya. =) imma post a pic in a few

Bike gloves with the half fingers. I used to to full finger but it's too awkward to do things with gloves. I only wear gloves outdoors in winter.

I tried football gloves, but they were too hard to slowly stop as they had too much grip. I like either baseball gloves or motocross gloves.
I really was fine without gloves but now that I have started sports such as wheelchair soccer/handball my hands are getting blisters.

Hatch fingerless with net backs. Solid padded leathed palms. I live in the south, so not many cold months, but fair warning they do nothing to keep your hands warm. They are great to keep the skin on your hands though. Kind of like brake pads.

Those are my go-to gloves too :) These are fun for special occasions... Once I got past the fact shoes just make me miserable (except my birks of course) I started collecting fun gloves.

Fingerless weight-lifing gloves and football (NFL) gloves for rain/snow. Leather gloves are worthless here in the great white north.

I tried football gloves, but they were too hard to slowly stop as they had too much grip.

Yeah, you can't drag the gloves on the push rims, especially coated rims (like mine). Generally, I grip the rims and use my arms to slow myself down. Just like a sudden stop or backing up, only not pulling as hard. I've also tried making a fist and dragging my fingers when the surface is tilted sideways (with moderate success)

Try www.gloves4life.com! This elderly lady whose son is a quad makes them. She also offers free repairs! They are a type of rubbery leather on the palm that makes for much easier transfers! I ordered my fiance' a pair last yr and she sent us 2! My fiance' has no finger function and can still get these gloves on and off by hisself!

Varies, generally full finger mountain bike gloves, fingerless for the summer, black leather gloves for smart wear and gardening gloves for when it's wet out in the country. Only wear them outside and even then far from always.
